When should I expect my order?

Artwork is printed within 5 to 7 business days, then shipped via USPS First Class Mail which averages delivery time 2-5 days in most cases. Delivery time is also based on distance.

What are your return policies?

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem. Refunds are on a case-by-case basis. There is a limit of 30 days on returns.

How do I return the item?

The item should be shipped back in the original package and arrive with no creases or bends. Refund is for prints only. Shipping cost are not refunded and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once I receive the package I will refund within 2 to 3 business days. To return your product please send to:

Do you offer picture frames?

Unfortunately we do not offer picture frames at this time.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If you receive your order and the prints are bent or creased due to the delivery from USPS, please send a picture of the print and photo mailer. A replacement will gladly be sent within 5 to 7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

I currently only ship to the contiguous United States.

Can I return a personalized item?

I do not accept returns on personalized items. Returns are only available for error that is on my part.

Can I get my items in a hurry?

If artwork is needed within a certain time frame, please email your expected date so I can let you know if it is possible to get the package delivered on time.

Do you offer prints larger than 11x14?

Unfortunately I am unable to accommodate anything larger than an 11x14.

I have a coupon code how does this work?

Generally, my coupon codes are limited to one use per discount code.
